Our Vintage Home Marketing Program involves work and marketing efforts not typical of other resale listing programs. Some key aspects of the vintage home program are:

- Incorporating the home’s history research into a website designed specifically for your home.
- Vintage-style signage including house name.
- Custom professional photography to accent the vintage character of the home.
- Marketing brochures highlighting the home’s history and style.
Tom has the added advantage of the experience of living in a historic home – the W.B. Glenn House in Carrboro’s Mill Village. He is a member of the Carrboro Historic Preservation Commission and founded the Historic Carrboro Plaque Program in 2007.
Since the beginning of his real estate practice, Tom has sold over 15 vintage homes in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area ranging in price from $100,000 to $1 million.
