We are your professional advisors and counselors during this process – but you, as the Seller, ultimately make the decisions. We do all of the communicating with other brokers and/or buyers for you during the negotiation process. We make sure all of the proper
forms, contract documents, and disclosures are executed properly.
Contract and Closing Management – we navigate the “Under Contract” and Closing part of the sales process for you, managing all tasks and key steps along the way. Repair negotiations and coordinating repair contractors are a big part of the services we provide here. We project manage the contract timeline of inspections, seller responses, financing, and closing dates. We also make
sure your interests are represented at the closing table, and that the contract closes smoothly.
