Consultation: Our process starts with a consultation with the builder to determine builder needs and goals for the project. We follow that with the team meeting to discuss builder objectives and then product orientation, to familiarize Terra Nova with the product.
Project Marketing Plan: This is based on builder objectives and the target buyers of the product. The key schedules and promotional materials for the project are developed during this stage, including builder profile and brochure, promotional activities, custom signage, and staging recommendations.
Plan Implementation and Sales: At this point, the Terra Nova team executes all of the marketing activities; purchasing and placing advertising, booking showings, staffing open houses, and managing the process. We leverage the REALTOR community as much as possible via both our in-house agents and the Triangle-wide cooperative listing service.
Ongoing Analysis and Reporting: Terra Nova provides ongoing analysis and reporting to the builder on plan implementation progress, sales activity, and marketing issues, with systematic and timely feedback and information on market trends, competition, and lender and interest rate news.
